  • Leader Coaching, also called Executive Coaching, is designed for director-level and above leaders who want to develop their personal and strategic leadership, build healthy organizations and culture, establish effective cross-functional partnerships, shape the culture of their org, lead through their people, and focus on the things that create value.

  • My approach can be summarized as inner work for outer impact. This means starting with personal leadership and being the best form of leader in all interactions. I only work with leaders who have a commitment to continually learn and grow. My approach is human-centered, and I bring a unique set of tools from research in neuroscience, organizational psychology, social and emotional intelligence, and mindfulness.

    I’ll provide the right amount of support and challenge to help you develop new ways of thinking and working that support you.

  • One of the most significant advantages of coaching is how personalized it is. Each leader has unique growth opportunities, and each organization has specific expectations of senior leaders. Great goals are formed at the intersection of these.

Situation

While experiencing rapid growth, Facebook recognized the importance of supporting senior leaders and executives with various offerings, including 1-1 leadership coaching for directors, senior directors, and VPs across all of Meta’s platforms.


Approach

Avadi Leaders provided coaching to more than 70 leaders using a leadership framework based on Meta’s values with strengths-based assessments, performance feedback, and a set of behaviors to encourage diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
